Beef Boat Noodle Soup and Thai Iced Tea

Wendy came to visit me in LA last weekend! She's never tried Thai Boat Noodles before, so naturally I had to take her to Sapp. Thai Boat Noodles is the 2nd most popular noodle dish in Thailand after pad thai, it's a pork & beef blood infused spicy broth with beef parts (tendon, tripe, liver, meatballs) and pork rind. Sapp just happens to be one of the best places to eat this Thai Boat noodles, oh and they moved up in cleanliness rating from a C last year to a B (don't worry, it still tastes delicious). This was her fave meal of her weekend LA visit, and it's one of my fave noodle places in Cali.
