Top: “arroz con pato” / Bottom: rock shrimp “chupe”A few months ago, we scored a deal on Gilt City to return to Nuela for their delectable “Duck Dinner for 2”. Nuela is a Nuevo-Latino restaurant famous for their “arroz con pato”, an all-duck one-pot meal shared by two. It's kind of like a paella, served in a big wok with roasted duck breast, confit thighs & gizzards, seared foie gras, verde rice, and soft duck egg. How good does that sound?! It's a feast for the eyes and stomach! Be sure to bring your appetite because the portion is very generous, and if you're having appetizers and desserts then you'll be pretty stuffed by the end of the meal. You'll be happy too, of course.
